Mango is my banana... its the only fruit that I can eat everyday. So in honor of my favorite fruit, its the theme flavor of my Christmas desserts. I made a Mango Pie, Triple Layered Mango Cream Pie, Mango Custard Pie with Mango Whipped Cream, and a Mango Roll with Mango Buttercream Icing and Mangoes n' Cream Filling.
